Service description:
Thera South Midlands is passionate about providing person-centred, flexible support to adults with a learning disability.

Thera South Midlands support people to make informed choices in all aspects of their lives including where they live, who lives with them and who supports them in their own home.

Thera South Midlands can offer the following types of support:

Support at home

Also known as supported living. Depending on what support you require, we can offer you support at home from an hour a week to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Community Support

Depending on what you want to achieve, we can offer support to help you achieve it within your local community. This support can be from an hour a week upwards depending on what outcomes you are looking for.

Day Opportunities

We support people to participate in activities, access education and employment.

Personal care

We can support people with their personal care and medication needs.
