Service description:
The Northamptonshire Country Centre is a day centre for workplace activities with a charitable status.

It provides service-users with learning disabilities an opportunity to acquire life skills within an urban farm setting. Service users are supported in gaining life-enhancing skills within a caring and safe environment.

Occupying a 6-acre site in the Berrywood area of Duston, the site boasts an indoor activity centre, greenhouses, poly-tunnels, a stable and paddock (for their two resident ponies), a field for growing root vegetables, and a farm shop.

The centre is open Monday to Friday (8am-4pm) and offers both half-days and full-days.

This provider has been awarded a local authority contract to provide services for adults with learning disabilities.
