Service description:
Clearwater Care offer a variety of care settings for adults with learning disabilities; from supported living to residential homes including communities designed specifically for people with an autistic condition. They have transitional schemes targeted at helping people (aged 18 to 25) to gain skills and successfully move into supported living within the wider community.

Referrals can be made directly if self funded or if funded through local authority then see your allocated social worker.

You must have a primary diagnosis of a learning disability and be over 18 or nearing adulthood. Clearwater Care support people that are not yet 18 based on individual assessment.
