Service description:
Consummate Care provides support to people with a wide range of additional needs. We provide bespoke packages of support to enable individuals to live in their own homes, on their own terms without exception.

At Consummate Care we recognise the power of client choice and it is our aim to provide needs led support to young people and adults with a learning disability and/or additional complex needs.
