The Huntington’s Disease Association (HDA) supports people affected by the disease and provides information and advice to professionals.

Central Care Information, Advice, and Support Service
Call 0151 331 5444 weekdays (9am-5pm)

Specialist HD Advisory Service
• Provides information and advice to families
• Answers crisis calls and liaises with other professionals
• Promotes and develops a full range of local services
• Identifies suitable respite and residential care facilities
• Liaises with local branches and self-help groups
• Gives talks and organises seminars and training days
• Provides workshops and training

The Specialist HD Advisor for Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire, and Warwickshire is Sue Tompkins, who can be contacted on 01295 279970 or sue.tompkins@hda.org.uk.

A local, informal setting for families and individuals to:
• Mix socially
• Offer support and advice
• Share experiences and ideas
• Form local links with professionals and other groups in their community
• Raise funds
