Remploy provides employment placement services for people with disabilities. It is a major welfare-to-work provider, delivering a range of contracts and employment programmes for people with substantial barriers to work.

Remploy exists to improve the lives of disabled people (and those with complex needs) through the power of work. The organisation believes that everyone has something to offer, and works to identify strengths. Once a person’s skills are understood, Remploy match them to proper jobs with carefully chosen employers who can help them achieve their goals.

Remploy believe in building careers, not simply filling short-term roles. Once a person is in a job, they continue to help them with long-term support and advice. They can even help with career guidance if they want to change their role.
