The National Organisation for Phobias, Anxiety, Neuroses, Information, and Care (NO PANIC) is a registered charity that helps people who suffer from panic attacks, phobias, obsessive compulsive disorders (OCD) and other related disorders. They also support carers of people who suffer from anxiety disorders.

All of No Panic’s support services are provided over the telephone to ensure that we can reach more sufferers regardless of how isolated they are.

Services Include:

• A confidential helpline - 0844 967 4848 (open 365 days a year, 10am-10pm)

• A youth helpline - 0330 606 1174 (for ages 13-20, open Monday-Friday, 3pm-6pm)

• A crisis number - 01952 680835 (plays a recording of the Breathing Technique, 24/7)

• A ‘contact book’ service for members who’d like pen pals

• A collection of written recovery programmes and guides for phobias and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

• Support in raising public and professional awareness of anxiety disorders

• Literature, books, CDs, and DVDs about anxiety disorders

• Information for the families and carers of sufferers

• Coffee mornings and social evenings for members to get to know one another over the telephone

• A free information pack (which can be downloaded from the website)
