Service description:
KeyRing is a UK charity that works with the Criminal Justice System (CJS) to help offenders with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or learning disability. Their partners have included the Prison Reform Trust, The Skillnet Group, the Department of Health, and NHS England.

KeyRing believe that finding the right support package for someone with a learning disability can be the key to turning their life around.

KeyRing’s services include:

The 'Working for Justice' Group
A consultation group (made up of people with learning disabilities) who use their own experiences of the Criminal Justice System to help criminal justice professionals understand the needs of people who have learning disabilities. Members of the group have been involved in several high profile projects, delivered awareness training, and have even had their say at the House of Lords and the House of Commons.

e-Helpline
KeyRing’s free e-Helpline is for everyone involved in the Criminal Justice System who is affected by ASD or learning disability. This includes criminal justice staff, families, friends, and support staff.
If you’re query is not covered by their Frequently Asked Questions, please request help through their online form.
