Service description:
Wellingborough Mind provides services and courses to promote good mental health in the local area. The majority of these are free-to-access, and are open to everyone in the community.

Their services promote the importance of well-being, what it means to individuals, and to those around us. Most of their services are designed to provide short-term support that focuses on a client's current situation and their goals.

A Drop-In service operates from 1pm to 4.30pm on Wednesdays. To check appointment availability or to book a space it's best to call the day before.

Most services at Wellingborough Mind are free to access, however there is a charge for the counselling service, please contact MIND for more information
