Lings Forum Leisure Centre offer a range of activities including:
• Gym
• Swimming Lessons
• Fitness Classes
• Function Room
• Forum Cinema
• Racket Sports & Hall Hire
• After School Buzz Clubzz
• Funzone Holiday Playscheme
• Activities for under 5s (including soft play)

Inclusive Fitness Initiative (IFI) Accredited Gym
• A number of staff have received Inclusive Fitness Initiative (IFI) Mark standard Disability Equality Training/ Disability Awareness Training
• IFI accredited equipment is available. For example: treadmill, upright cycle, recumbent cycle, Lat Pulldown and a cross trainer.
• A portable hearing loop is available for induction.
• Staff are trained to use the portable hearing loop.
• There is clear manoeuvring space between equipment.
• There is not level access to all of the equipment.
