Service description:
The Green Patch in Kettering is offering a Short Breaks Service for Disabled and Special Needs children between the ages of 5 to 17 years.

The Green Patch site is run by a charity called Groundwork and the site offers an exciting and interactive experience making it a perfect place for children to relax, learn and have fun in a safe environment.

Children and young people can expect to take part in activities such as feeding chickens, collecting eggs, growing fruits, watering plants, art and crafts, nature hunts and lots more!

There are also holiday and half term breaks - speak to the provider for details.
