Service description:
Eligibility:

People aged 16 and over who experience Common Mental Health Problems such as depression and anxiety, which impact on their capacity to self manage, who score 9+ on the PHQ9 and/or 8+ for the GAD, who are not at risk of suicide, are suitable for referral.

People with PTSD symptoms, OCD, Health Anxiety, Specific Phobias and Dysthymia may score under the PHQ9/GAD7 threshold, but still experience significant psychological distress. These people are eligible for referral to the service.

Provision Details:

Step 2 - Guided self-help CBT, relaxation, motivational interviewing, signposting, solution focused therapy , Employment Support, Peer Support, Silver Cloud.

- Perinatal support, including webinars- First steps(parents with children under 1 year); baby steps(pregnant mums with low mood/anxiety).

- Webinars - These are online courses on: Improve your sleep, Managing low mood and mild depression, Living a meaningful life with a long term condition, Learning to relax and manage anxiety.
