Youth Works CIC provide a range of evidence-based interventions aimed at providing early and effective help to children, young people, and their families.
Their youth interventions are aimed at supporting children and young people who are exhibiting a range of challenging behaviours, including emotional and behavioural problems, and offending behaviours.
Their parenting programmes aim to support the whole family - helping parents implement appropriate boundaries and parenting techniques, improving family communication and parent-child relationships, and improving family functioning.

A group work programme which helps to build emotional resilience in young children aged 5 years to 11 years old.

A mindfulness group work programme aimed to reduce challenging behaviour in young people aged 11 to 19 years old.
- MARS Anger Management
A 1:1 programme that identifies and reduces destructive behaviour in young people aged 11 to 19 years old.
A 1:1 programme using positive activities to reduce challenging behaviour and improve self-esteem in young people.

A programme for parents of children aged up to 11 years old, aimed at putting the fun back into parenting and improving the parent-child relationship.
A programme for parents of adolescents who wish to explore their child’s challenging behaviour and improve relationships within the family.
- Systemic Family Therapy
A ‘whole family’ therapeutic intervention programme addressing current relationship issues and stagnant patterns of behaviour within the family.

A parenting programme aimed at preventing, as well as managing, challenging behaviour in children and young people of all ages.
