Service description:
Different Strokes Northampton was set up with the aim of helping stroke survivors to take control of their own lives and regain as much independence as possible.

Sessions include: exercise, tai chi, yoga, speakers, games and trips, aphasia conversations, and a drop-in cafe.

Their main group meeting is every Thursday (10.30am to 12.30pm) and the 1st and 3rd Monday of the month (10.30am to 12.30pm).
