Service description:
NPH’s Housing Support Team offer free advice and support to people needing help with managing their tenancy, including those in rent arrears.

The Housing Support Team provides support to people who have difficulties in managing their tenancy. We aim to assist tenants in maintaining a successful tenancy and living independently. The Housing Support service is a non-statutory service and where appropriate referrals to statutory services will be made by the team. Support is client-led and tailored to individual needs and can include the coordination of other services. We work with any NPH tenant who has an eligible support need. Our support workers are specifically trained to work with specialist client groups which include, but are not limited to:

• Mental Health
• Care leavers
• Vulnerable young people
• Victim of domestic abuse
• Teenage parent
• Learning Disability
• Drug issues
• Alcohol issues
• Older people
• Anti-Social Behaviour
• Hoarding
• Ex-offenders

This support service is free of charge for all NPH tenants.
