Service description:
The team work closely with local Further Education (FE) colleges and independent specialist colleges for young people at college who require additional help and support.

Their main client group are 16-19 year olds leaving school and entering local provision. This might include study programmes, apprenticeships, FE colleges, or independent specialist colleges. However, the age-range of clients can go up to 25 if the student has an Education, Health and Care (EHC) plan.

Prospects who also support young people with a SEN or disability in this age range.
