Service description:
ACAS (Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service) provides free and impartial information and advice to employers and employees on all aspects of workplace relations and employment law.

The ACAS helpline (0300 123 1100) provides clear, confidential, independent and impartial advice to both employers and employees who are involved in an employment dispute or are seeking information on employment rights and rules.

The ACAS helpline online tool (available on their website) is automated system which is designed to give a straightforward answer to employment relations questions, and also gives further links to advice and guidance on the website.
