The Brittle Bone Society is the sole organisation set up to address the needs of people born with Osteogenesis Imperfecta (OI) in the UK and Republic of Ireland. They support both individuals and specialist healthcare professionals.

The charity wants a world in which the needs of people living with Osteogenesis Imperfecta are understood, respected, and fully met. They provide advice, signposting, and information. They also provide financial support for wheelchairs and equipment, and raise awareness of the condition.
