Service description:
The Preparing for Adulthood programme (PfA) is funded by the Department for Education as part of the delivery support for the SEN and disability reforms.

The PfA programme provide expert advice, training and support to develop of best practice in preparing young people as they move into adulthood. They work with local authorities and their partners to embed preparing for adulthood from the earliest years.

The Preparing for Adulthood team offer support and information through their resource hub, as well as via their regional PfA contacts.
