Service description:
Together for Short Lives is the leading UK charity for all children with life-threatening and life-limiting conditions and all those who support, love and care for them. Together for Short Lives support families, professionals and services, including children’s hospices

Together for Short Lives have developed a range of resources to support you and to help you get the most of your local services and enjoy time together as a family, you can find this information in the families section of their website.. They also have a free helpline (0808 8088 100 or email 'info@togetherforshortlives.org.uk'). They will refer queries to their Advocacy Support Service for one-to-one support from a legal advocate, if appropriate.

Together for Short Lives aims to support those working with children with life-shortening conditions to meet the needs of this group of children and young people, through best practice guidance, networking, research and advice on workforce development.
