Service description:
Family Lives help parents and carers to deal with the changes that are a constant part of family life. Family Lives will support you to achieve the best relationship possible with the children that you care about, as well as supporting parenting professionals.

Family Lives recognise that the best way to support families is to provide professional, non-judgmental support and advice in a way that all members of the family can freely access. Family Lives provide this through a 24 hour helpline (0808 800 222), advice on website, live chat services, befriending services, and parenting/relationship support groups. Nearly all the services are accessible at no charge to parents and you can contact them 365 days a year.

People contact them about all aspects of family life including child development, issues with schools and parenting/relationship support. They also respond when life becomes complicated and provide support around family breakdown, aggression in the home, bullying, risky teenage behaviour and mental health concerns of both parents and their children.
