Service description:
Dreams Come True is a UK children's charity that enriches the lives of children and young people with serious and life-limiting conditions across the country by making their dreams come true.

Each dream is unique. Some children want to meet their idol or a favourite Disney character, while others want to visit their grandparents abroad, ride a unicorn, swim with dolphins, or work on a fashion magazine. Many want help with their everyday lives, and Dreams Come True are delighted to provide vital sensory equipment, wheelchairs, or specially adapted bicycles too.

Anyone can nominate a child or young person for a dream. Simply visit the website, fill out the online form, and download an application pack.
