OCD-UK is the charity dedicated to improving the mental health and well-being of almost one million people in the UK whose lives are affected by Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder.

Accessing Treatment
CD-UK provide advice and resources to help you access quality treatment

Advice Line
Call or email OCD-UK’s advice and information line, call and ask their trained independent advisors a question, or email their support team

Advocacy is a vital tool to empower individuals to access the services they need

Community Support
OCD-UK facilitate a safe environment for people affected by OCD to communicate with each other and provide mutual understanding and support

OCD Publications
The charity produces a wide range of OCD information materials including this OCD guide for young children

OCD-UK proactively supports ethical research to understand more about OCD, including its causes and treatments

The charity hosts informative and inspiring conferences across the whole of the UK, from Scotland to the South West

‘Compulsive Reading’
Become a member to receive access to the only independent OCD magazine for anyone with an interest in OCD

Lobbying Policy Makers
OCD-UK work to influence policy and decision makers to make them aware of the needs and concerns of people with OCD in order to improve access to treatment

Support Groups
The charity funds and facilitates a small number of support groups around the UK, and provides listings for other OCD and Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD) support groups
