Rethink Mental Illness help millions of people affected by mental illness by challenging attitudes and changing lives.

Advice and information

Rethink Mental Illness provide expert, accredited advice and information to everyone affected by mental health problems through their Advice and Information Service(0300 5000 927). The advice and information service is open 9.30am to 4pm Monday to Friday, giving clear, relevant information on everything from treatment and care to benefits and employment rights.

Services and groups

Rethink Mental Illness have mental health services and support groups across England. From psychological therapies and Crisis and Recovery Houses to peer support groups and housing services, Rethink Mental Illness directly help thousands of people every year across England.
