Service description:
Be My Eyes is an "app" designed to help those who can't see.

The blind person requests assistance using the "Be My Eyes app" by describing to the contact what challenge that they need help with. It could be anything from knowing the expiry date on the milk to navigating new surroundings.

The volunteer helper receives a notification for help and a live video connection is established. From the live video link the volunteer can describe what they can see and help the caller.
