The Seeds of Change offer personal development and life skills programmes for people of all ages. Their aim is to assist the individual in the spheres of personal development, growth and learning, through the unique interaction that occurs between human and horse.

Through specialist coaching techniques and working through a series of practical tasks they create a uniquely honest and authentic environment in which to develop young peoples potential. Building on this framework, they engage learners in a way that other more traditional learning environments would find challenging.

They work flexibly with a range of interventions providing emergency and high level support through to planned individual and small group work. They aim to develop transferrable skills to help students achieve in school.
