Dean House is a large, semi-detached house in Rushden. It is close to the town centre and a short drive or bus ride away from Northampton. The house has seven bedrooms and can accommodate adults with a learning disability and behaviours that may challenge. It's only a five minute walk from local shops and there's a friendly local pub and open parkland within 15 minutes' walk.
Shared spaces include a large lounge, fitted kitchen, separate dining room and there's a conservatory that leads out onto a large, attractive garden.
The people supported at Dean House are encouraged to be as independent as possible and to manage their own daily routines. Individuals are supported to build their independent living skills through helping with household chores, laundry and preparing meals.
Each individual has a bespoke, person-centred plan tailored to their needs, aspirations and wishes.
Our aim is to provide a varied and stimulating day care programme that enables individuals to develop their life and social skills.
