Service description:
The Richardson Partnership for Care provides specialist residential care and rehabilitation for adults with acquired brain injury and for adults with learning disabilities. We are committed to supporting service users to achieve their potential by providing the right environment and the appropriate level of clinical care.

We have five residential care homes in Northampton and have been providing specialist care for over 25 years. We provide a residential care package to meet the needs of the individual, ensuring they have the right care, support and clinical psychology provision to meet their needs. Our multi-disciplinary team supports the service users in all aspects of their development and rehabilitation, enabling them to progress.

Our dedicated admissions and referrals team is fully trained and equipped to handle your referrals and questions comprehensively, or to direct you to a senior member of the team if appropriate. We work with Primary Care Trusts and referrers throughout the UK and Europe providing high quality care at a fair price. We aim to make the referral process as straightforward and swift as possible, completing assessments thoroughly and professionally, while minimising disruption for the service user.

We are very experienced in managing the transition of young people with a learning disability from school to an adult environment. We specialise in caring for people with conditions including; Cri du chat syndrome, Tuberous Sclerosis, Fragile X syndrome, Down syndrome and autism, recognising the need to treat medical and physical conditions as well as managing behaviour.

We’re experienced in dealing with emergency referrals, managing them quickly and thoroughly to ensure the smoothest possible transition for the service user. Our dedicated out of hours emergency referral number is 07850772634.
