Service description:
Northamptonshire Industrial Training Association Ltd (NITAL) was originally set up to train and develop engineers. It works in conjunction with sector skills councils, the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA), and various awarding bodies to provide first class, accredited training.

They deliver a wide range of Level 2, Level 3, and Level 4 Apprenticeships, as well as a variety of commercial and vocational bespoke training options and traineeship programmes across the Midlands region. NITAL currently work with over 300 member companies in over 25 areas, offering 100s of employment opportunities.

NITAL have a purpose-built training academy in Kettering, which offers day provision, full-time ‘off the job’ training for employers with apprentices, a full-time programme for those looking to secure an engineering apprenticeship, and specific specialist training for employers looking to upskill existing staff.
