Service description:
NIMP has been set up to support SENDCO practitioners in Northamptonshire. Headed up by a committee of experts in the SENDCO childcare field, they help mentor SENDCOs and their teams to achieve the high levels of quality and care.

Mentoring
Experts are on hand to help SENDCOs and their teams improve the level of care you can offer. Mentors work with SENDCOs to assess their settings and the resources available and tailor a programme that will enable SENDCOs to reach their goals.

Signposting and Knowledge Sharing
NIMP offer a signposting service that puts SENDCOs in touch with people in the know. NIMP is made up of individuals with a diverse knowledge bank who will help with solutions, ideas and similar situations, and tackle issues head on.

If you believe your setting could benefit from becoming an associate member of the NIMP, get in touch. Contact them today for more information; email 'info@nimp.org.uk'.
