Service description:
Brighter Beginnings is a project which aims to help families in need in North and East Northamptonshire.

Brighter Beginnings provides packs for local pregnant women and new mothers/families who lack items of baby equipment due to their situation - maybe they are victims of domestic violence who have had to flee their homes, young mums with little or no family support, or families in temporary dire financial need. Our aim is to help them give the best possible start in life to their child by equipping them with what they need to do this.

We provide one-off items such as basic toiletries, sanitary towels, breast pads, nappies, baby and maternity clothes, as well as larger donated items of equipment such as cots and prams (subject to availability).

Brighter Beginnings runs entirely on donations, both financial and donations of baby equipment which is passed on to local families in need.
