Working Links help people to change their lives by supporting them into sustainable employment. No matter what our customers’ goals are, whether it’s finding work or training for a qualification, Working Links offers the support they need to be able to move from social exclusion to social inclusion. We work with people from a complete range of backgrounds who are facing a wide range of problems including health, criminality and language difficulties. Every individual, family or company who we work with is given tailored support to help them thrive.
• Pre-employment training services
• We provide pre-employment training services to customers who are currently looking for work to help them access the help and resources needed to find sustainable employment. Find out more about our pre-employment training services.
• Post-employment support services
• Through our employment support services we assist customers with the transition from welfare to paid work. We also help customers who are currently in work upscale their skills to progress in their career.
• Training and Resettlement of offenders and ex-offenders
• We deliver skills courses and vocational learning for offenders in prisons and assist with the resettlement of ex-offenders.
• Support and training for young people
• We mentor young people who are not in education, employment or training (NEET) to motivate them to reach attainable goals which will improve their employment options.
• Community engagement and expert advice
• We have a strong presence in the communities we work in and engage with local people to provide them with advice and information on how they can improve their skills and find sustainable employment. Find out more about our work in communities.
