Want to know more about the food that you and your family eat?
Would you, or your family, like realistic advice on weight loss and healthy activity? Are you confused by all the different messages you are given about healthy eating and struggling to be "healthy" on a very small budget?
What do I do? Just phone, or drop into one of the local schools listed below to find out more or to book an appointment with our dietician.
