The ‘Turn Up and Play’ initiative was set up by Northamptonshire FA along with Cobblers in the Community and local organisations to offer football sessions for anyone who has a disability or impairment.

The sessions consists of Northampton Town supplying highly qualified coaching staff who deliver football coaching sessions and other Football related activities which cater for men and women aged 16+. The initiative so far has, helped to manage symptoms and radically improved the quality of people’s lives. The flexible sessions allows players not only to learn new football skills but to socialise, meet new friends and increase general health and fitness.
