Free 2 Talk (F2T) is a not for profit organisation. It provides realistic and effective solutions to challenges that arise for children, young people, families, communities and the practitioners, agencies and services that support them.

Free 2 Talk provides a comprehensive integrated range of support and interventions, providing packages of support to meet varying individual needs and circumstances including their mental heath and well-being.

Programmes available:

- Get Real: Emotional Wellbeing, Anger Management and Self Awareness
- Together Parenting : Bespoke support for Parents
- Self Development Coaching: Support to get motivation and direction in all areas of life
- Counselling and Psychotherapy: UKCP & BACP approved therapists
- Virtual Parenting Support: Supporting parents with busy lifestyle
- Reaction 4 Men Course: Addressing violence in personal relationships

They also run youth clubs for young people in areas in east Northampton:

- Mondays (8 - 11) 2-4pm Blackthorn Community Centre
- Tuesdays (8 - 13) 5-7pm Goldcrest Centre, Goldings
- Thursdays (8 - 12) 6-8pm Semilong Community Centre
