Service description:
The complex contains a state of the art gym, dance studios, spin room, 6 court sports hall, squash courts, swimming pool, function room, bar and cinema. Parking is available in the Leisure Centre Car parks at the front and rear of the building. Free parking is available in the Weston Favell Shopping Centre for up to 4 hours.

Lings Forum Leisure Centre offer a range of activities including:
- Trilogy Health & Fitness Gym
- Swimming Lessons
- Fitness Classes
- Sunbeds
- Function Room
- Forum Cinema
- Squash
- Tennis
- Badminton
- Gymnastics
- Activities for under 5s (including soft play)

- A number of staff have received IFI Mark standard Disability Equality Training/ Disability Awareness Training
- IFI accredited equipment is available. For example: treadmill, upright cycle, recumbent cycle, Lat Pulldown and a cross trainer.
- A portable hearing loop is available for induction.
- Staff are trained to use the portable hearing loop.
- There is clear manoeuvring space between equipment.
- There is not level access to all of the equipment.
