Service description:
Northampton RGC is a Rhythmic Gymnastics Club catering for children from the age of 5 years upwards. Classes are held each week for Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced gymnasts.
Rhythmic Gymnastics is a discipline performed mostly by women which combines grace, coordination, agility and artistry. It is performed to music with the gymnast using hand apparatus - rope, hoop, ball, clubs or ribbon.
