If you’re aged 18-30, unemployed or working fewer than 16 hours a week, the Enterprise programme can help you decide whether self-employment is right for you.

What help could I get?

- Business skills training
- Business planning support
- Start-up funding
- On-going support from a mentor
- Advice on employment options
- Access to a wide range of free and discounted products and services. This includes our free legal helpline, sponsored by Barclays

How it works

The programme can give you:

- Training to give you a taste of what you need to know and do to start your own business
- One-to-one support to help you to explore and test your idea and turn it into a business plan
- Support to apply for a low interest loan of up to £4,000 for a sole trader and up to £5,000 for a partnership to help you to start your business*
- Mentoring to help you develop your business or access other opportunities in education, training, work or volunteering

Information Sessions

An Information Session is a short group meeting delivered by a Prince’s Trust staff member to help you understand what The Enterprise Programme has to offer. The Information Session will help you discover how The Prince's Trust Enterprise programme can help you, and what is needed to take part. This is to allow you to decide whether the Enterprise Programme is the right step for you and your future. To book your FREE place or to make an enquiry please call us.
