Join a group

There are several groups you can join to have your say about the way local services are run:

The Residents' Panel is an opportunity to give your views to your local councils more regularly and directly – to have a greater say in influencing local decisions that matter.

The Participation Service run a range of groups for children and young people aged 8 to 24 in Northamptonshire to have their say:

Healthwatch Northamptonshire aims to give local people a voice and work in partnership to influence the design and quality of health and social care provision for local people.

Northamptonshire Learning Disability Partnership Board aims to make the county a better place to live for people with learning disabilities.

Two local Partnership Groups have been set up in the county. The North and South groups meet regularly and representatives from the groups can feed their thoughts and comments into the county Partnership Board.

The 50+ Network is run by a board of volunteer older people and has a membership of over 3300 individuals and groups.

The Board meets on a monthly basis and responds to consultations and issues raised as well as contributing as representatives on a range of committees and forums.
