The community covenants are supported by the Covenant Fund, a Ministry of Defence initiative (not Northamptonshire County Council).

The AFCC Fund

This has been established to financially support projects at a local level, which strengthen the ties or the mutual understanding between members of the armed forces community and the wider community in which they live.

There are two application routes:

  • small grants for funding applications up to £20,000
  • large grants for applications between £20,001 and £500,000
