We have a legal responsibility under Section 17 of the Crime And Disorder Act 1998 to embed community safety as part of our core business.  

Tackling anti-social behaviour, crime and disorder in Northamptonshire is a major priority and we work in partnership with other statutory and voluntary agencies, to tackle the causes and find long term sustainable solutions within our Community Safety Partnerships (CSPs).​
