Pay

Our fair and competitive salary packages:

Newly qualified social worker - starting salary of £29,165

Social Worker – up to £34,277

Practice Manager – up to £40,864

Team Manager - up to £49,768

Plus a recruitment bonus for external applicants:

Social Worker - £3000

Practice Manager - £3000

Team Manager - £4000

Leave

Generous holiday allowance plus bank holidays as standard, increasing by 5 days with 5 years local government continuous service.

Newly qualified social workers and Social Workers - 26 days

Practice Managers and Team Managers – 27 days
Option to purchase up to 25 extra days leave through salary sacrifice.

Voluntary long term unpaid leave of up to 3 months.
