Library sessions

Northamptonshire Libraries want to help young people to "Study Happy" by providing a range of activities to help you to relax and connect with others during breaks from revision.

Relaxation stations

During May and June, you can take a break from your revision and take part in a variety of activities at your local library's relaxation station. Activities include:

  • Modelling
  • Mindfulness colouring
  • Customising revision folders
  • Games

Unwind your mind

Some libraries will be holding scheduled sessions to help you to relax during May and June. These may include:

  • Mindfulness
  • Breathing exercises
  • Brain food
  • Yoga

Visit our events calendar to find out what sessions are available near you.
