Become a volunteer Breeze Champion

Do you love cycling and meeting new people? Breeze needs you!

In partnership with British Cycling and HSBC UK, we’re on the lookout for volunteer Breeze Champions to lead women only rides in Northamptonshire as part of the Breeze cycling network. If you’re passionate about getting your local community on a bike, there’s no better time to become a Breeze Champion.​

Enrol on this free course today in Northampton on Sunday 15 October 2017 (venue to be confirmed).


The assessed one-day course qualifies you to deliver guided bike rides for groups of beginner and intermediate level adults and accompanied children on roads and cycle paths. You will also be provided with exclusive Breeze Champion kit, British Cycling Ride membership and on-going support to help you on your way.

Places are limited. All completed applications will be submitted for review and you’ll be notified by email if you have a place on the course.

What is Breeze?

Breeze is the biggest programme ever to get more women riding bikes in the UK. Led by women for women, Breeze relies on a group of volunteer ride leaders, known as Breeze Champions, to support other women on guided bike rides across the UK. Breeze empowers women to change the face of cycling for good and leave a lasting legacy in their area.

With over 2,000 Breeze Champions trained to date, you’ll be joining a network of inspirational, like-minded women. Here’s a taste of what becoming a Breeze Champion involves:
