29 September 2010

Northamptonshire County Council is supporting 12-2 Health for you (4th to 9th October) with activities suitable for a lunch hour planned at the Central Library in Northampton.

NHS health trainers will be on hand in the Central Library throughout the week. During the week there will also be health walks for people of all abilities and the opportunity to have ago on a Wii Fit. Food from Northamptonshire Food and Drink awards finalists will also be available to sample along with Indian head massage’, Tai Chi and a seated exercise programme.

Health week runs from the 4th to 9th October at Northamptonshire Central Library. Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and on Saturday 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
