Where appropriate, Citizens Advice consumer service will refer issues to us.

Due to resource constraints, it is not possible to investigate all referrals. However, all referrals are recorded and helps to build a picture of problems and scams that may be developing in Northamptonshire.

This means resources can focus on issues which are likely to cause most harm and where effective action may be possible.
