Service description:
TRACK supports people on the autism spectrum
to access employment, through training, consultancy
and creating opportunities.

They currently offer 1-2-1 employment mentoring, which can be funded by Autism Forward for people over 18 (there is an eligibility check prior to starting mentoring, but consultation meeting
is free).

This can range from job search, CV development and letters of application through to interview support and transition. This can take place at a variety of locations, and can last up to 12

Track work with businesses to ensure their workplace is aware and accessible to people on the autism spectrum, by providing training and consultancy services.

Plans are in place to open up a Cafe in Northampton Town Centre which will allow people to gain work experience, develop skills and provide a social space for everybody.

You will need to provide evidence that you are legally entitled to live and work in England and Wales and, if requested by the trustees, evidence of financial need. Priority will be given to applicants who have not had any previous employment related
mentoring and do not have other means available to pay for such mentoring. Contact to arrange
an initial consultation, and he can then complete the
application form with you.
