Community Law Service's Rushden Advice Shop provide duty drop in sessions where a short assessment is made of your advice needs and either provide one off advice on the day or make an appointment to take your case further.

Children’s Welfare Rights Worker
This service is free, independent and confidential. It provides a face to face casework service for disabled/ill/SEN children, young people and their carers. Community Law can offer specialist advice and assistance with any benefit matters including challenges and appeals, help to understand wrong or refused decisions, assistance to complete complex forms such as Disability Living Allowance, Personal Independence Payments, advice and assistance in relation to social welfare reform changes and assisting with applying for grants.
Community Law can also refer to our other departments for other areas of specialist advice e.g. debt advice, housing advice or to other agencies as required.
This service includes home visits, appointments at community venues and in Community Law offices in Northampton, Wellingborough and Rushden
