South Northants Volunteer Bureau (SNVB) work with volunteers and local voluntary groups. They place and support volunteers and offer support to organisations which use volunteers. Organisations turn to SNVB when they need volunteers or want advice or help with managing and developing their activities.
SNVB's Community Minibus has 16 passenger seats all equipped with adjustable seatbelts. The air-conditioned minibus does have a low step for ease of access but it does not have a ramp or tail-lift for disabled or wheelchair access.
The drivers are employed by SNVB, MiDAS trained and DBS-checked.
Not-for-profit charities, community and voluntary groups as well as schools and statutory bodies can apply to be a group member of the scheme. The minibus can only be hired with the SNVB driver by eligible groups accepted as members of the scheme
