The Heinz, Anna and Carol Kroch Foundation support people who are suffering from severe poverty and financial hardship who also have ongoing medical problems or have experienced recent domestic violence.

Grants are provided towards hospital travel costs, household items, adaptations or disability equipment. The charity does not give grants for holidays, educational purposes, medical research, or to set up a business.

Applications must be made in writing by a recognised representative working with the client, such as a social worker, welfare rights officer, Citizens Advice worker, who understands their circumstances. The charity does not accept self referrals.
